1. Data controller. Scientika A.C., a civil association domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any matter regarding this notice you may write to contacto@scientika.mx.

2. Data we collect.

• That you provide us: your name and email address when you write to or contact us.
• Collected automatically as you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of access, and the referring site. This data is processed in aggregate.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes. We process your data to answer and follow up on your request or message, to maintain the corresponding institutional or professional relationship, and to operate, measure and protect the site.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies.

• Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that produces aggregate metrics and does not store your IP address or identify you individually.
• Functional cookie: we use a cookie named pref_lang to remember your preferred language or region. It is not an advertising cookie.
• Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for site security and abuse prevention.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertiser tracking.

5. Transfers. We do not sell or assign your personal data. It is processed only, on behalf of Scientika A.C., by our analytics and infrastructure providers, and may be disclosed where legally required or upon request of a competent authority.

6. ARCO rights. You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as revoke your consent or limit the use of your data, by writing to contacto@scientika.mx, stating your name and the specific request.

7. Changes to this notice. We may update this privacy notice; the current version will always be available on this page, with its last-updated date.
